About

The Starry Sky Simulator is designed for testing star trackers together with other ADCS (Attitude Determination and Control System) components. It consists of a small screen fixed to the star tracker’s blind (shroud/baffle), on which pictures of the appropriate part of the starry sky are displayed. The device connects via a wireless HDMI interface and is powered at 5V, with the wireless interface itself powered from a 220V supply. It is only conjuncted with an autonomous measurement system. The product was released in 2017, has an estimated production/delivery time of 9 months, is not flight-qualified, and cannot be adapted to customer requirements.
