The Structure 1U CubeSat with Separation System is designed to provide a simple and fast assembly process, serving as a durable base for satellites. It offers easy access to devices located inside and on the edges of the satellite. The structure is compliant with CubeSat Design Specification rev.13 and supports modular satellite construction utilizing a PC104 PCB stack, with provisions for solar panels on the edges. For container launches, it includes a deployment system comprising two separation springs and double separation switches, along with an interface for a power supply unit. The product was released in 2017, has a guaranteed service life of 3 years, and an estimated production/delivery time of 2 months. It has flight qualification, having been flown as part of the SiriusSat-1.2 satellites launched on August 15, 2018. The product is not adaptable to customer-specific requirements.
