About

The TensorFSS-30M (Fine Sun Sensor) is a satellite attitude determination system based on an advanced photodiode quadrant detector shielded by an aperture mask, ensuring sun incidence measurements up to 0.1-degree accuracy. Equipped with an embedded error correction table derived from thorough in-house calibration, it delivers top-class performance while remaining affordable for all budgets. The sensor consumes only 17.1 mA at 8 Hz in continuous mode and is compliant with GEVS and ECSS testing standards. An optional embedded tri-axis magnetometer (range ±800 µT) can be enabled for enhanced attitude determination when sun visibility is limited, making it suitable for robust, autonomous satellite orientation systems.
