Vyoma’s Satellite Operations Service is a fully automated, cloud-native or on-premise platform that consolidates every layer of satellite ground segment operations into a single, cohesive Software-as-a-Service offering. It encompasses flight dynamics, mission planning, mission control, and telemetry storage — replacing fragmented point tools and custom-built operations centres with a unified, scalable system that reduces both time-to-market and recurring operational expenditure.

The service is built around the principle of full automation: routine operations such as orbit determination updates, pass scheduling, command generation, telemetry ingestion, and health monitoring are handled autonomously, freeing mission operations teams to focus on mission objectives and customer value delivery. The system supports both automated and manually-supervised modes.

Scalability is a core architectural principle. The platform is designed to manage everything from a single experimental satellite to large constellations of dozens of spacecraft, with the automation engine scaling fleet operations without a proportional increase in staffing. This positions it as an enabling technology for the new generation of commercial constellation operators who need to operate at scale with lean teams.
