About
WarpON! (WarpHub InterSat Onboarding Solutions) is WARPSPACE’s turnkey service package designed to remove the technical and operational barriers that have historically prevented satellite operators from adopting optical inter-satellite communications. Despite the clear throughput advantages of optical links over RF, the complexity of implementing free-space optical systems — including terminal selection, pointing algorithms, protocol compliance, operations software, and anomaly management — has limited adoption to well-resourced institutions. WarpON! addresses this by providing end-to-end guided support throughout the entire adoption journey.
The service includes assistance with optical communications terminal selection and procurement, integration support for the HOCSAI multi-protocol modem, satellite operations software development tailored to optical link management, and live anomaly response support once the customer’s satellite is in orbit. WARPSPACE acts as a technical partner rather than merely a relay service provider, walking customers through the optical communication implementation stack from hardware to operations.
WarpON! also provides customers with access to WARPSPACE’s Digital Twin System (DTS) for pre-launch mission validation, ensuring that pointing budgets, link margins, and data throughput expectations are verified in simulation before the spacecraft is committed to orbit. Combined with the DTS and HOCSAI modem, WarpON! forms the integration layer that connects a new user satellite to the WarpHub InterSat relay constellation.
The service targets primarily LEO Earth observation satellite operators — including commercial remote sensing companies and institutional scientific missions — who need to maximize their data downlink capacity and achieve near-real-time data delivery without the delay and regulatory overhead of traditional RF ground station networks.
