TESAT provides in-orbit maintenance and support for Laser Communication Terminals (LCTs), including performance analysis, engineering help desk, and end-to-end test bed validation.
About this service
TESAT enables the optical communications market by supporting the Laser Communication Terminals’ (LCT) in-orbit maintenance and direct-to-Earth (DTE) missions. The LCT In-Orbit Services team has developed automated tools for converting and analyzing the LCT’s telemetries (TMs), including the generation of performance and trend analyses. TESAT also provides an engineering help desk (1st & 2nd level) and a complete end-to-end (E2E) test bed for validating new technologies, which includes optical ground station (OGS) operators and mission planning. This service supports customers in the transition to optical communication and performs maintenances for LCTs in-orbit.
