TESAT provides design and development services for MMICs and RF modules for various applications, such as SSPA (solid state power amplifier) and LCAMP (linearized channel amplifier), based on commercially available foundry processes (GaAs, GaN or Si). They also handle the design of whole RF communication systems and their individual components, performing complex system simulations using basic building blocks and end-to-end RF parameter-simulations to anticipate optimum overall system performance. For power supply equipment, they develop customized technical and programmatic solutions based on decades of experience, utilizing an appropriate toolset for modeling and simulation to create electrical designs ready for PCB layout. This includes high voltage design, radiation-hardened power converter design, and analog & digital circuits for signal processing, control, protection, and interfaces, covering a wide range of power levels.
