TESAT provides operations services that encompass the entire product life cycle, starting from product design through manufacturing, various tests, and final quality inspection. This includes a fully automated microwave factory with high-skilled experts and an accumulated experience in hybrid microwave manufacturing of over 80,000 complex LTCC modules, capable of producing more than 2 Million hybrids a year through man-less ghost-shifts (24/7) with a First Pass Yield of over 92%. Additionally, they offer a build-to-print SMD line with automatic screen printers and pick & place machines, in-circuit testing, automated optical inspection, de-golding, and pre-tinning of components for over 3,000 boards annually. The company also boasts extensive test facilities capable of simulating extreme conditions such as thermo-vacuum chambers for temperature changes and vacuum space environment, shaker tables for mechanical thrusts and vibrations up to 2,000 Hz, and electromagnetic compatibility testing for radiation and emission. All production lines and test procedures are space-proven and ESA qualified, and are also available to other industries requiring high-quality testing.
