AstroForge

AstroForge is a deep-space mining company that designs and builds low-cost, replicable spacecraft. These spacecraft are capable of tracking and mining asteroids in deep space, with a focus on extracting valuable metals such as platinum group metals (PGMs). The company's mission is to bring space resources into Earth's supply chain to reduce the reliance on traditional terrestrial mining methods. AstroForge is currently developing its second mission, DeepSpace-2, which is intended to be the first commercial rendezvous with a body outside the planetary gravity well. The company's staff includes individuals with experience from organizations such as SpaceX, NASA JPL, RocketLab, Virgin Orbit, Virgin Galactic, and Terran Orbital. AstroForge was founded with the goal of enabling human thriving when growth is constrained by planetary limits.
