Orbital Systems offers transport and launch containers (TPK) for launching CubeSat format spacecraft of 1U, 1.5U, 2U, 3U, 6U, 8U, 12U, 16U dimensions. All containers have undergone a full cycle of ground experimental testing and have a long and successful flight history. The TPK has passed a full cycle of ground experimental testing and is fully qualified at the stress levels of the main Russian launch vehicles. The TPK has a successful flight history as part of the Soyuz-2 launch vehicle with the Fregat upper stage since 2020. Special technological windows located on both sides of the TPK allow easy access to the spacecraft for visual inspection, recharging, software updates, or removal of non-flight elements. The TPK is designed as a delivery system for spacecraft from 1U to 16U inclusive. The spacecraft are securely fixed inside the container until the launch slot cover opens and the pusher activates. The main mechanical elements and electronic systems of the TPK have redundancy to ensure guaranteed activation in target orbit. The TPK is optimized in terms of its own structural mass and is the lightest TPK for launching CubeSat format spacecraft on the Russian market. The command and telemetry unit ensures autonomy in terms of interfacing with the launch vehicle, does not require additional adaptation costs, and ensures activation and guaranteed separation of CubeSat format spacecraft in target orbit. In addition, the unit has interfaces for exchanging telemetry information with the launch vehicle, forms and transmits a telemetry information package on the operation of the TPK.
