About
The WR-10 is Aurora Propulsion Technologies’ water resistojet micro-propulsion system for CubeSats and nanosatellites. Water is stored at ambient pressure and vaporized by a resistive heater before expansion through a micro-nozzle. The non-toxic, green propellant eliminates transport and handling restrictions, simplifying launch manifesting. The passive propellant feed design has no moving parts and requires minimal power electronics. The WR-10 provides 0.2–1 mN thrust and is compatible with 3U–16U CubeSat platforms.
