About
The SCAL CTH2 range of horizontal thermal shock chambers (300 to 2000 L carrier volume) is designed to simulate the most intense thermal stresses and fastest temperature variations for climatic testing. With two thermal environments and one movable basket, the CTH2 is ideally suited to production sites requiring high loads combined with continuous operation, notably for thermal shock testing in the automotive industry thanks to its high testing capacity. It is built on Climats’ proven refrigeration and ventilation platform and is piloted by the Spirale Vision control system, which offers a 15-inch touchscreen, three usage levels (Production, Standard, Laboratory), tracking alarms in Shock/VRT mode, programmable pre/post-treatment, automatic defrost, and an Energy Saving mode that can cut electricity consumption by 40-70%.
