The CLIMATS Type G environmental test chambers are designed to accommodate large samples, with test volumes ranging from 3 m³ to 100 m³. These chambers can operate within a temperature range of -70°C to +150°C, utilizing a metallic structure that enables functionality up to the maximum temperature. Each machine is custom-built to specifications, with test volumes optimized based on the geometry, nature, mass, and dissipation characteristics of the product being tested. These temperature and humidity test chambers are engineered to meet various standards. They leverage CLIMATS’ expertise in ventilation, refrigeration machinery, electrical boards, and the SPIRALE piloting system. The manufacturing process is flexible, allowing for the construction of single-piece environmental test chambers or chambers with remote machinery. The SPIRALE control system offers standard mode for easy program creation, a time-optimized or “guaranteed step time” mode to ensure programmed step times regardless of sample quantity, and an Energy Saving mode that can reduce electricity consumption by at least 40% during test cycles.
