About
The Compressed Gases Storage Equipment (CGSE) serves the purpose of intaking compressed gases such as Air, Nitrogen, and Helium with specified parameters from compressor plants. It is also responsible for filling receiver bottles with these compressed gases, storing them, and subsequently delivering them with the required parameters to Launch and Technical complex systems. The CGSE system is comprehensive, including 210 bottles integrated into 6 receiver blocks. It features dedicated charging boards for nitrogen and air, as well as supply boards for nitrogen and air. A combined helium charge and supply board is also part of the system. For quality assurance, it incorporates a quality control board, a hygrometer, and an oil indicator. Monitoring and control are facilitated by gas pressure monitoring boards, a pressure sensor board, pressure reduction boards, and a central control board. The system is further equipped with a nitrogen supply station, an air supply station, and a complete set of pipelines and valves to ensure efficient operation. The development of this product began in 2002, and it offers the possibility to be adapted to specific customer requirements.
