About
The Connecta IoT Module and Dual-Band Antenna together form a solution for efficient, global satellite IoT connectivity. This pair is purpose-built for low power and high performance, ensuring strong signal performance and stable communication even in harsh conditions like dense forests or remote industrial zones. It allows developers and system integrators to rapidly design IoT devices that connect directly to the Connecta IoT Network and terrestrial LoRaWAN infrastructure. The system supports LoRa/LR-FHSS and GNSS for direct satellite communication. The IoT Module is available with or without GNSS, equipped with an STM32WB MCU, LR1110 RF IC, and an optional MT3333 GNSS chipset. It features an enhanced LoRaWAN stack for the Connecta IoT Network, dual-mode connectivity supporting both terrestrial and non-terrestrial connections, and a TLE based advanced wake-up algorithm for long battery life. It offers different power modes to optimize consumption and supports both EU868 and US915 frequency ranges with up to a 51-byte payload size. AT commands are available over a UART interface, and it includes standalone multi-constellation GNSS support in the same form factor, plus BLE support for activation and maintenance. The Dual-Band Antenna complements the module, providing the necessary frequency range and gain for reliable communication.
