About
CubeSat Aerospace manufactures a complete range of flight-ready CubeSat satellite structures — from 1U through 6U — designed to meet all major launch provider and mission requirements. All structures are fabricated from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy 6061-T6 with hard anodized finishes, certified to ISO 9001:2015, NASA GEVS vibration, MIL-STD-810G, and ESA ECSS standards, and compatible with standard deployers (P-POD, ISIPOD) and PC-104 stack avionics.
The 1U structure (100×100×113.5 mm, ~1.33 kg) serves educational and technology demonstration missions; the 3U (100×100×340.5 mm) and 6U (100×200×340.5 mm, max 12 kg including payload) configurations support advanced communication, Earth observation, and scientific instrument payloads. Each model is supplied with 1-year warranty and is designed for rapid prototyping through to flight-ready integration.
Beyond structures, CubeSat Aerospace provides the full subsystem stack — PyCubed Plus avionics board, 7.2V/6.4Ah battery boards, 11.5V/70mA/1W solar panels, and communications boards — as well as environmental testing services (vibration, TVAC, thermal cycling/bakeout) and launch coordination with SpaceX and ISRO. The complete offering positions CubeSat Aerospace as a one-stop source for educational institutions, research labs, and commercial operators seeking an affordable, certified satellite development path.
