The CubeSat Transporter provides secure, launch-grade protection for spacecraft during transport. It is designed to fit 1U to 3U structures with interchangeable inserts, ensuring mechanical and environmental protection throughout a satellite’s pre-launch journey. The modular interior can be reconfigured for various CubeSat sizes and accessories. It maintains satellite alignment, prevents contamination, and guards against shock and environmental exposure when moving between labs, test facilities, or integration centers. Key benefits include its reusability, precision-cut foam inserts for a tight and safe fit, anti-static, shock-absorbing, and dust-resistant interior, and an O-ring sealed lid to prevent moisture ingress. The transporter features a stackable, impact-resistant hard shell and is designed for air, land, or hand-carry logistics. Optional features include a desiccant port, pressure relief valve, and tamper seal slots.
