About
This DC/DC converter is a radiation-resistant secondary power converter built on switched capacitors, developed by Glavkosmos in 2014 as a prototype device comparable to commercial parts such as TPS605000, LM2771 and LTC3250. It accepts an input voltage range of 2.8–5.5 V and produces a regulated output voltage of 1.2–3.3 V at output currents below 300 mA, with an efficiency of 60–75%. The converter is intended for low-power secondary power distribution within radiation-tolerant spacecraft electronics. The device is currently at prototype status (not yet flight-qualified) and is not customer-adaptable in its current form; Glavkosmos quotes a 12-month production and delivery lead time for this component.
