About

The EV10AS940 is a 10-bit, 2.5 GSPS radiation-tolerant ADC from Teledyne e2v, designed for high-speed signal digitization in demanding space payload applications. It is optimized for synthetic aperture radar (SAR), electronic intelligence (ELINT), communications intelligence (COMINT), and broadband software-defined radio (SDR) payloads that require wideband signal capture at multi-gigasample rates.

The device is radiation-tolerant to 100 krad(Si) TID and immune to single-event latch-up. A serial LVDS output interface with demultiplexing options provides flexibility for interfacing with space-grade FPGAs. The EV10AS940 is fully characterized for radiation performance with particle accelerator test reports provided per lot. It is available in a ceramic QFN package suitable for space thermal management.
