The ZSF100 is a plug connector offered in shell sizes 21 and 25, with insert arrangements including 11, 16, 35, 41, 7, 19, 24, 61, and 62. It is designed to mate with ZSF200, ZSF202S, and DF201SS2 receptacles. This connector offers zero separation force (or adjustable to customer specifications), an engagement force of 90 N (20 lbf), and can tolerate a linear misalignment of 0.76 mm (0.03 in) minimum and a maximum angular misalignment of 20° Cone. It is qualified for a temperature range of -55°C to +200°C and has a mass of 117 g (0.29 lb). It utilizes standard MIL-DTL-38999 inserts and MIL-C-39029 pin and socket contacts, and is compatible with AS85049 backshells.
