The 240-GM13 module is a specialized satellite IoT communication module designed for short message communication with the in-orbit Tianqi constellation. The module operates with a working voltage of 3.3~5.3V, has a transmit frequency band of 240-243MHz and a receive frequency band of 318-320MHz. It supports a communication rate of 488~2734bps and can store 480 frames of data, with each frame up to 120 bytes. The module uses an LCC package and communicates via a TTL serial port (3.3V) with a default baud rate of 115200bps. It also supports voltage acquisition from 0.1-1.1V.
