Omnislot™ Conformal Antenna
Ultra-thin omnidirectional conformal antenna combining stub/blade antenna characteristics in a flush-mountable, radome-compatible aerodynamic form.
About
The Omnislot™ antenna provides the omnidirectional azimuth coverage of a stub or blade antenna in a thin, conformal, aerodynamic package designed for vehicles where external protrusions are unacceptable. With thickness ranging from 0.085″ to 0.300″ depending on frequency and configuration, the Omnislot™ can be integrated flush with the vehicle skin or encapsulated within a radome for additional protection.
Covering frequencies from 300 MHz to 13 GHz, the Omnislot™ is applicable to missions requiring telemetry, data link, and imaging downlink functions on missiles, drones, and aircraft. Its conformal construction and custom shape accommodation make it suitable for non-cylindrical vehicle sections. The design also supports net retrieval scenarios and operations in high aerodynamic heat environments.
Haigh-Farr produces the Omnislot™ in standard and custom footprint variants, with the same rugged internal construction standards applied across the company’s full conformal antenna portfolio. The antenna is environmentally qualified to the vibration, shock, thermal, and humidity requirements of tactical and space-launch environments.
