About
The Hydrogen Peroxide Tanker is a mobile system intended for the comprehensive management of high-concentrated hydrogen peroxide (HCHP) for launch vehicles. Its primary purposes include intaking HCHP, storing it, and ensuring its thermal conditioning before delivery into the system pipelines for launch vehicle tank filling. Additionally, it is designed to intake HCHP from launch vehicle tanks in the event of a launch abort and to purge system pipelines after a launch. The tanker includes vessels for HCHP, demineralized water, and industrial water, along with electric equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, HCHP temperature and volume control means, compressed air bottles, and stop valves. The development of this product began in 2002. It has a guaranteed service life of 10 years, with an estimated production time of 48 months and delivery time of 12 months. The product is not flight qualified, but there is no possibility to adapt it to customer requirements.
