About
The L-band Microwave Discrete Phase Shifter is a monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) specifically designed for the construction of radio transceivers. Released in 2014, it has a guaranteed service life of 3 years. This MMIC controls the phase of L-band input signals and is developed on the basis of silicon-germanium BiKMOS technology. The core of its circuit design relies on the vector addition of orthogonal signals. The MMIC features differential inputs and outputs, and its phase states are controlled by a parallel 6-bit code supplied to a non-linear current DAC. This design allows for high accuracy in setting the phase state while maintaining low power consumption. Although it is not flight qualified, it is intended for civil and special L-band radio equipment used in satellite communications and navigation, radar equipment, and household appliances. The product cannot be adapted to customer requirements.
