About
The Lusospace MTQ400 is a demisable magnetorquer for attitude control and reaction wheel offloading on medium to large spacecraft, delivering ±400 A·m² magnetic dipole. Demisable by design, it burns up completely on atmospheric re-entry. Manufactured and tested in-house from ITAR/EAR-free components. Fully customizable, operating from up to ±28 V at up to 15 W, with one or two coil configurations. Dimensions are 950 × 80 × 80 mm at under 7 kg. Currently at TRL 6 per ECSS standards.
