About
Memetis microvalve arrays allow automated, highly parallelized fluid handling at industrial scale, using media-separated diaphragm valve technology in a layered design. An actuation layer of SMA actuators generates the force and stroke to control channel opening in the fluidic layer, coordinated by an electronic control layer. The company demonstrates a 24-channel microvalve array module connected to a liquid piezo pump for automated flow control, with applications including high-throughput drug screening, diagnostic device parallelization, multiplexed biomedical assays, and lab-on-chip scale-up.
