About
The Micropower ADC is a radiation-resistant micropower 10-bit successive approximation ADC prototype designed for use in space systems. Performance: 1 MSps, 10-bit resolution, 16-channel input multiplexer, SPI serial interface, input voltage 3–5 V, consumption <1 mA, operating temperature -60 to +125 °C. Similar in function to Analog Devices AD7490 and AD7475. Not flight qualified. Prototype status. 12-month delivery. Not customizable.
