The Multicontroller 1888 BC 048 is a 28 nm CMOS system-on-chip designed for small-sized integrated onboard information and control systems (BIUS). It integrates CAN, MKIO, UART, GbE, ARINC-429, GPIO, SPI interfaces with a PCIe 2.0 system interface and is suitable for onboard information management. Package HFCBGA-676, type 5 acceptance. Processor: Cortex-A5 cores at 600 MHz; DDR3 RAM controller reference frequency up to 1066 MHz. Operating temperature -60 to +85 °C. Supply: 3.3 V (CMOS I/O), 0.9 V (core and PLL/transceiver), 1.35 V (DDR3 I/O), 1.8 V (PCIe analog, SGMII, temperature sensor).
