The Integrated Circuit 1888 TX 018 is a high-performance energy-efficient multimedia very large-scale integrated circuit (VLSI MIVEM) designed for onboard information and control systems. Functions include central computing, multimedia processing/recognition/encoding/decoding, and video output for onboard equipment and control vehicles. Supports ARINC 818, FibreChannel, SpaceWire, PCIe 2.0, DDR3, and LVDS interfaces. Technology: CMOS 28 nm, package HFCBGA-1024, type 5 acceptance. Processor: PowerPC cores at 800 MHz and NMC3 cores + multimedia nodes at 400 MHz. Operating temperature -50 to +70 °C. Supply voltages: 3.3 V (CMOS I/O), 1.5 V (DDR3), 1.0 V (core), 1.8 V (LVDS).
