About

The integrated microcircuit 1879ВМ8Y is a universal computing platform focused on solving problems of processing large data streams in real time, including digital signal processing, image processing, navigation, communication and emulation of neural networks. Target applications span video processing, hydro and radar systems, 3D machine vision, neural networks and heterogeneous computing systems. Fabricated in 28 nm CMOS technology and packaged in an HFCBGA-1444 shell, the chip integrates an ARM Cortex-A5 core running at 800 MHz alongside an NMC4 processing block at 1000 MHz. It operates from multiple supply rails: 0.9 V for the core, 1.8 V for CMOS I/O buffers, and 1.5 V for DDR3 I/O buffers, with dynamic current consumption of up to 3 A on the CMOS buffers and 3.8 A on the DDR3 buffers. The device is rated for operation from -60°C to +85°C, making it suitable for space and other harsh-environment heterogeneous computing applications.
