About
The UTP 5065 is NOFFZ Technologies’ radar test system for automotive radar sensors used in autonomous driving, cabin monitoring, and ADAS applications. The signal emitted by the device under test is modified by a radar target simulator and returned to the sensor, enabling precise sensor calibration and validation inside an extremely low-reflection absorber chamber for stable, reproducible measurement quality. The system supports both manual operation and integration into fully automated in-line production setups, using high-precision two-axis (azimuth and elevation) movement of the sensor around the radiation center, optionally with a goniometer or robot. Its compact vertical design uses 70% less floor space than a horizontal test setup, and it integrates radar target simulators from various manufacturers covering 75-82 GHz with bandwidths up to 5 GHz, simulating one or multiple targets. Robots and pick-and-place systems can be added for short handling times and optimal loading/unloading, making it suitable for both product validation and high-volume end-of-line production testing.
