The SM01 is a 1U CubeSat structure, a foundational component for small satellite development. It is designed with a focus on modularity and compatibility, offering configurable board stacks and PC104/PC104 PLUS compatibility for easy integration of various electronic components. The structure includes up to 6 deployment switches and supports up to 4 stand-off kill switches and 2 rail switches, enhancing its operational flexibility and safety. For structural integrity, it incorporates helicoil inserts. The design allows for the PCB stack assembly to be independent from the main structure, simplifying integration and maintenance. It is compatible with SPM Solar Panels and a wide range of other vendor panels. The product comes with assembly screws and a standard 1U stack assembly set, with optional 1U intermediate rings available for further customization.
