About
The Offset Mirror Antenna is a flight-qualified on-board offset mirror antenna forming the required servicing area and receiving signals in C, Ku, Ka, and Q frequency bands. Reflector types include paraboloid of rotation cut, elliptic paraboloid cut, and contour reflectors, with single-beam or multiple-beam horn feeds. Reflector diameter ranges from 180 mm to 1800 mm. Released in 2011 with 15-year guaranteed service life and 15-month delivery time. Features efficient manufacturing technology for antennas with complex mechanical interfaces. Antennas go through unconditional flight operation since spacecraft launch.
