About
The On-board High Precision Large Antenna for Deep Space Exploration is a component of large antenna systems designed for deep space missions. It provides an effective aperture of 5+0.05 m diameter with a 0.45 m central opening. The reflector stows in a cylinder 1.9 m diameter and 2.75 m height. The interface for antenna installation has a 1400 mm diameter. Deployment repeatability is ≤0.02 mm (rms). Customizable to customer requirements. Not yet flight qualified.
