OrBeam 5534 Electronically Steerable Antenna

Ka-band and Ku-band electronically steerable antennas providing unparalleled connectivity for mobile platforms with no moving parts.

About

The OrBeam 5534 series provides electronically steerable antennas designed to provide unparalleled connectivity for a variety of mobile platforms across aircraft, maritime vessels, and land vehicles. Key capabilities include multi-orbit compatibility with GEO, MEO, and LEO satellites, a fully electronic design with no moving parts, modular and scalable architecture tailored to customer needs, and high performance G/T and EIRP values for robust data transmission. The Ka-band model includes reduced power consumption through a patent-pending architecture while maintaining performance standards, and supports dual simultaneous receive beams for make-before-break operations. The Ku-band model emphasizes reliability and reduced maintenance through electronic steering versus mechanical systems. Both versions integrate seamlessly across multiple platforms and orbital systems, eliminating the need for platform-specific antenna replacements.
