The Pumping Station is designed to supply hydraulic fluid (oil) with specified parameters — pressure, filtration degree, and flow rate — into closed-loop hydraulic systems. It is intended for use indoors or in environments with high requirements for explosion safety, making it suitable for cosmodrome/launch ground infrastructure applications. The unit is built as an explosion-proof pumping station with a submersible pump. It uses working fluid Oil MGE-10A (TU 38.401-58-337-2003) with a purity class not lower than 10 per GOST 17126-71, and operates within an ambient temperature range of +5 to +35°C. It provides a nominal pressure range of 50 to 400 kgf/cm2, with pump power consumption of up to 35.5 kW at 1000 rpm of the electric motor shaft, and a tank capacity of more than 15 liters. The station includes vibration protection. It was released in 2014, has a guaranteed service life of 10 years, and an estimated production/delivery time of 18 months. The product is not flight-qualified and can be adapted to customer requirements.
