About
The Radiation-resistant VLSI SoC with Integrated MP Core is a highly reliable airborne control and information processing equipment. It is a radiation-resistant semi-ordered VLSI of the “System on a Chip” (SoC) type with an integrated microprocessor core, developed from the K5512BP1F microcircuit. Its primary purpose is to facilitate the creation of specialized VLSI for small-circulation, radiation-resistant equipment intended for critical applications. The VLSI supports the design of circuits with specific functional requirements, utilizing specialized software implemented by the microprocessor core and hardware implementation of special functions on the BMK “firmware”. This product provides customers with a specialized software and hardware VLSI SoC, and may be the sole solution for meeting the stringent requirements of radiation-resistant equipment in critical use cases. The product was released in 2012 and has a guaranteed service life of 3 years. It is not flight qualified and cannot be adapted to customer requirements.
