The Sensor of Rapidly Varying Pressures 611M is a piezoelectric sensor specifically designed for the measurement of rapidly varying pressures in liquid and gaseous non-aggressive media. Its primary application is within power plants and pneumohydrosystems integral to space rocket technology. The sensor is designed to operate in conjunction with either a charge amplifier or a voltage amplifier. Key features of the 611M include high noise immunity and excellent stability of its metrological characteristics, even when subjected to varying pressure, temperature, and vibration conditions. The sensor itself consists of a sensing element housed within a robust casing, connected via a flexible cable. It incorporates an “Intrinsically safe electrical circuit” type of protection, which is facilitated by an intermediate converter.
