About
The Technical Condition Monitoring System is ground support equipment designed for use during processing operations of space hardware. Its purpose is wide-angle and close-up video monitoring and recording of processing operations, along with collection, analysis and recording of parameters and data related to the current state of oxygen content, propellant content, and temperature and humidity levels via monitoring sensors. The system evaluates, analyzes and records the digital values of monitored parameters, and alerts personnel via sound and light alarms when monitored parameters are exceeded. It also includes database management functionality for storing and handling the collected data. The equipment set consists of: a set of sensors for measuring air purity parameters and control of supply systems; a set of stationary rotating, non-rotating and portable cameras; data collection and processing systems; data archiving systems; and an operator’s workplace. The system supports simultaneous operation of 16 IP-cameras at 3 MPix (1920×1080) resolution and a speed of 25/30 frames per second in H264 (or optional MPEG-4) format for each camera, with an operational archive volume of 48Tb across 12 HDDs. It runs on AC voltage of 380/220 V, 50 Hz. The product was released in 2014, has a guaranteed service life of 5 years, an estimated production/delivery time of 18 months, is not flight-qualified (it is ground equipment), and can be adapted to customer requirements.
