About
Spartan Space, incubated by TechTheMoon, is developing inflatable space habitats for lunar exploration and underwater environments. The EuroHab/ILOT concept is designed as a lunar lander payload, representing the first inflatable lunar habitat development. The inflatable design provides significantly more habitable volume for a given mass compared to rigid structures, a critical advantage for mass-constrained lunar missions. The habitat also incorporates a mobility function, enabling it to move on the lunar surface after deployment — a unique capability for supporting extended exploration activities. Spartan Space simultaneously develops underwater habitats for analog mission simulations and research.
