About
The Uninterrupted and Backup Power Supply System is a ground infrastructure product designed to supply category A (guaranteed/critical) electricity to consumers, ensuring continuous power availability for sensitive facility operations. The system is built around a container equipped with two motor-generators, providing redundant backup generation capacity. It also includes a set of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) to bridge any gaps during transition between primary and backup power sources, a set of low-voltage packaged devices for power distribution and protection, and a remote control and management system enabling monitoring and operation of the equipment. The system delivers AC voltage at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, and can serve electricity consumer categories 1A, 1B, 2 and 3, with a nominal output power of 250 kVA per network and a nominal output current frequency of 50 Hz. The product was released in 2014, has a guaranteed service life of 10 years, and an estimated production/delivery time of 18 months.
