About
Semi-order (semi-custom) programmable VLSI central computers are designed to create, on their basis, a new generation of integrated flight control systems (IFCS) for manned and unmanned aerial vehicles using heterogeneous communication channels. The VLSI enables design of circuits for a required functional purpose combining specialized software, implementation via microprocessor cores, and hardware implementation of special functions on a ‘wired’ ULA (uncommitted logic array). As a result, the customer receives a specialized hardware-software ‘system on a chip’. Licensedly clean products are manufactured on a domestic technological production line. Chip composition includes: a 32-bit RISC microprocessor core; a KVARC microcontroller clocked up to 150 MHz; internal memory of 32K x 32 / 64K x 32 RAM for microprocessor support; ROM of 128K x 32 for program storage; a set of interfaces and buses including SPI, I2C, and GPIO; a number of programmable valves/gates of 800 thousand or 1500 thousand, with built-in RAM of 2 x 8Kx16; and support for the GOST R 52070 interface (MIL-STD-1553B) and Interface GOST 18977 (ARINC-429). Intended purpose covers demanding systems and digital signal processing systems. The product was released in 2015, has a guaranteed service life of 3 years, and an estimated production/delivery time of 12 months. The product is not flight-qualified and cannot be adapted to customer requirements according to the listed parameters.
