About
The AmbaSat-1 Sensor 08 pack provides a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) solution for the AmbaSat-1 satellite. It includes a TESEO-LIV3R module, an AmbaSat-1 Daughterboard, and all associated components such as resistors and capacitors. The TESEO-LIV3R is an easy-to-use, standalone positioning receiver IC that operates simultaneously on multiple constellations. This certified module features optimized RF and embedded firmware, and is compact with dimensions of 9.7×10.1 mm. It supports GPS, Glonass, BeiDou, and QZSS positioning systems. The AmbaSat-1 Daughterboard plugs into the main AmbaSat-1 satellite board and uses the I2C interface to communicate sensor data. Due to COCOM restrictions, the TESEO GPS receiver is designed to work only on Earth and is not available for rocket launch AmbaSat-1 Satellites.
