About
Archiva is a flexible analytical engine capable of reshaping, performing trend analysis, and data mining on satellite mission telemetry and other data for optimal resource utilization. It began operations in 2004 for the LEOP phase of Eutelsat’s W3A satellite. Archiva has guided approximately 150 satellites, including fleets from Eutelsat, Arabsat, Hispasat, StarOne, SES, Turksat, Measat, and OneWeb. It is described as the world’s leading provider of satellite control centers for telecommunications operators, supporting 40% of commercial COMSATs launched in the last ten years. Key features include archiving for processed telemetry (and other data), derived series through statistics and algorithms, data mining (Machine Learning/artificial intelligence in development), and forecasting (in development). The processing power is driven by Grafana.
