About
Autofly is GMV’s automation engine capable of executing satellite and ground procedures written in Python/SPELL in both assisted and fully automatic modes. It has a significant flight heritage, starting operations in 2004 for the LEOP phase of the Eutelsat W3A satellite. It has guided approximately 150 satellites, including fleets from Eutelsat, Arabsat, Hispasat, StarOne, SES, Turksat, Measat, and OneWeb. Autofly is a leading global provider of satellite control centers for telecommunications operators, supporting 40% of commercial COMSATs launched in the last ten years. Key features include complete automation of satellite and ground procedures, processing power driven by SPELL and Python, an integrated development environment (IDE) powered by Eclipse, and a debugging mode with code, tabular, and flowchart views (work in progress).
