Eoforest is GMV’s comprehensive catalogue of geoinformation products specifically designed for forestry, all integrated into a single, user-friendly platform. This solution aims to facilitate the sustainable management of forest resources for various organizations, including public sector entities with management and reporting commitments, private forest owners and associations, the forest-based industry, and environmental and conservation agencies. The platform adheres to existing geospatial data standards, allowing its products to be downloaded into any geo-viewer through Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standard services. With over 15 years of experience in providing Earth observation forestry solutions, GMV has implemented these solutions in 23 countries worldwide. Key services offered include site characterization for afforestation and reforestation plans, monitoring for maintenance and growth, carbon offsetting, and analysis of ecosystem vulnerabilities. The catalogue comprises 16 Earth Observation products dedicated to enhancing sustainable forest management.
