About
eclayr® is a specialized engineering tool designed for the evaluation of Satellite-Based Augmentation Systems (SBAS) performance, such as EGNOS, and for verifying compliance with predefined requirements (e.g., ICAO/OACI, GNSS-SARPs). The tool automatically collects and processes SBAS messages and reference data to generate reports on system performance evaluation. It features a powerful user interface that graphically and interactively displays a variety of results. Key advantages include automatic collection of all necessary inputs for analysis (RINEX, RINEXB, EMS, IONEX, sp3-c and sp3-d, DCB, ANTEX, etc.), an intuitive and easy-to-operate interface with multiple configuration capabilities, and easily interpretable results through a wide variety of maps and figures. Advanced expert support, training, and consulting services are also available. The main features include full compliance with RTCA / DO229 (SBAS-MOPS) versions A, C, and D/E (user-selectable), support for multiple constellations (GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo), and support for single and dual-frequency SBAS (L1/L5 DFMC SBAS ED-259). It also performs RAIM and ARAIM performance analysis, automatic download of necessary reference data (including EGNOS EDAS service), and offers a powerful user interface for displaying statistical results and color performance maps. eclayr® automatically generates comprehensive performance evaluation reports in HTML and PDF formats and runs on any standard PC with Windows or Linux. Pseudorange level analyses include Satellite Residual Error in Worst User Location (SREW), User Differential Residual Error (UDRE), Vertical Ionospheric Delay (GIVD), Vertical Ionospheric Error (GIVE), and Time Offset for each supported constellation. User level analyses include Protection Levels (xPL), Position Errors (xPE), Availability (xPL vs. xAL), Integrity Risk (xPE / xPL), Continuity Risk, and Service Coverage and Availability.
