About
The PSA-4200C is a portable C-band spectrum analyzer designed for use with Satellite, TV and Radio Broadcasting, CATV, Wireless, TCSM, and GPS signal chains. It provides L.O. frequency offset handling with direct frequency readout, 10 customizable presets and 50 user memory locations, and fast refresh rates up to 13 times per second. The unit supplies 13/18Vdc at 22kHz for powering LNA/LNB devices directly from the analyzer. It features an easy-to-use front panel interface designed to remain operable even when the user is wearing bulky gloves, suited to field and outdoor use. The analyzer supports full remote control and monitoring via Ethernet or RS-232 using free Avcom Remote Control Software (GUI) for Windows. The remote software allows local or remote monitoring/control over a network or the internet, with an intuitive interface requiring no special training. Features of the software include screenshot capture recording, SNMP for alarm/monitoring, markers, cross-polling, and Automated Data Acquisition (DAQ) with tolerance comparison and integrated email alerts. Up to twelve windows can be displayed simultaneously, and the GUI can save and recall an unlimited number of screenshots, as well as upload or download saved waveforms to/from the analyzer’s internal user memory locations. Optional accessories include a carrying case, extended amplitude range solutions, down converters for extended frequency coverage, and LNB power options.
