About
LEOS-100 is a highly modular satellite platform built upon the flight-proven avionics of LEOS-50. It is offered in three distinct versions: LEOS-100S, LEOS-100D, and LEOS-100DX, allowing for utilization across various orbits and mission types. Berlin Space Technologies (BST) is actively building multiple LEOS-100 satellites, including the LEOS-100DX, for its customers. The LEOS-100S is the smallest variant, designed to support large payloads and suitable for In-Orbit Demonstration (IOD) as well as submeter optical Earth observation missions. The LEOS-100D is the standard version, featuring an SPF-free design and catering to missions requiring high reliability, such as in-orbit servicing and defense applications. The LEOS-100DX is the high-power variant, also with an SPF-free design, and is intended for missions demanding high reliability and significant power, like radar and communication satellites. All versions support electrical and/or chemical propulsion, CCSDS compatible communication protocols with authentication and encryption, and offer a design lifetime of 5 years in LEO.
