Command Receiver Decoders (ERD / ERDC Series)

Emhiser’s Receiver Decoder series integrates an RF command receiver and tone decoder into a single unit, reducing part count for vehicles and ground stations that need to both receive and decode a tone-coded command uplink. The ERD-99B2A Series is packaged for airborne installation (onboard the commanded vehicle), while the ERDC-5R Series is a rack-mount version for ground or shelter-based command relay/monitoring stations; both support up to 20 command tones. These combined units simplify integration compared to separate receiver and decoder boxes and are used in range-safety, flight-termination and remote-command systems alongside Emhiser’s other Command Equipment products.
